This page explains how qro.lesterhr.com handles your data. How the Android app handles your voice and your text is covered under Privacy on the front page and in the privacy note inside the app's settings.

Hosting & CDN
This site is hosted on private infrastructure and delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address and request headers for security and delivery. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Newsletter / Waitlist
We use Buttondown (Buttondown LLC, USA) to manage waitlist subscriptions. We collect only the email address you provide. Double opt-in is enforced, and we keep the confirmation as proof of consent. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, using the unsubscribe link in every email.
How long we keep it
Your address stays on the list until you unsubscribe or until the waitlist has served its purpose; after that it is deleted at Buttondown. We keep the record of your double opt-in for as long as we might need it to show the signup happened.
Transfer to the USA
Buttondown is based in the United States, so your address goes to a third country. The transfer runs on Buttondown's data processing agreement, which incorporates the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Cloudflare also processes technical data partly outside the EU. A level of protection equal to the EU cannot be guaranteed in every case, not least because of the access rights of US authorities.
No tracking
We do not use third-party tracking, advertising cookies, or analytics that profile individual visitors.
About the Android app
The app runs without an account and without a server on our side. Speech recognition is handled by the service on your Android device, which on most phones is Google's. The cleanup goes to the AI provider whose key you entered. We are not the controller for either, and neither your voice nor your text reaches us. The details are under Privacy on the front page.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Where processing rests on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Contact us at [email protected].
