Does my voice go to the cloud?
No. Transcription runs locally on your machine via faster-whisper. Audio never leaves your computer.
Do I need an internet connection?
Only if you enable AI cleanup or AI question mode — both use the Anthropic Claude API with your own key. Pure transcription works fully offline.
Which platforms are supported?
Windows first, with a public beta in 2026. macOS and Android are planned after the Windows launch.
What does it cost?
Pricing will be announced at launch. Waitlist members get access to a launch discount and Lifetime offer.
Do I bring my own AI keys?
Yes. You provide your Anthropic Claude key (and optionally an OpenAI key for premium TTS). Keys are stored in your OS keychain — never in plain text.
